BITC, in partnership with Mercer Marsh Benefits and the BITC Wellbeing Leadership Team, are delighted to invite you to the launch of the Mental Health at Work 2019 Scotland report on Thursday 3 October.

While awareness of mental health issues has risen and slow incremental progress has been made, our 2019 survey highlights that in Scotland there is still more to be done in practice to achieve positive mental health in the workplace.

The report focuses on looking at mental health at work primarily through a line manager lens but also through multiple intersectional lenses.

The report will pay particular attention to what employers can ‘own’ in terms of preventing psychological injury at work. It will also include recommended employer actions, collectively agreed with our 9 national partners (listed below), that employers can take in order to accelerate change.

At the event there will be opportunity to ask questions following our panel session and to take part in discussions with fellow guests. We we will ensure that our guests are able to share their thoughts and discuss in small groups in a confidential and relaxed environment.

We expect this event to be very busy and so will be operating a waiting list if we become oversubscribed - we'd encourage you to reserve your place ASAP to make sure you don't miss out. A sandwich lunch will be provided. If you have any queries, please contact Tracey Little at Tracey.Little@bitc.org.uk or call 07919 477228.
